Bonding or cosmetic composite bonding is a treatment where your dentist adds a special coloured resin to your teeth to improve their shape, colour and overall appearance of the front teeth.
Usually no anaesthesia is needed and there is no permanent alteration to the natural tooth structure. It is a very conservative dental treatment and the procedure can often be completed during a single visit. It is Inexpensive and fast compared to other options and removes less of your natural tooth than alternatives such as crowns and veneers.
Please do keep in mind that it is only possible to correct minor position problems with composite bonding. Not all teeth are suitable for this treatment and initial assessment and longer term maintenance is required.
